Sofa help (furniture village)

So I went to buy a sofa yesterday, I've looked at a LOT so was pretty sure the one I chose was perfect. However I did that annoying thing of looking online and seeing one I liked before we went that wasn't in the showroom and 'think' I prefer it.
Does anyone have either?

Anyone? Either way I've ordered one..my own fault but started having doubts for a ew reasons and now can't cancel it..they say the 14 day thing has restrictions..

I've got an ottoman from them. Unfortunately, I found their customer service so utterly unprofessional, inefficient and useless that I'd rather sit on the floor than order any furniture from them.

Ah jojo that's not good to hear. I have had stuff from them in the past and it's been very good, reading some online stores with awful reviews narrowed it down. Hope it's ok!
