Paint for north and south facing room

Have tried Dulux Brooklyn nights 4 and Rock Salt, F&B Downpipe and Stiffkey Blue. None have hit the spot but am open to anything as long as it's fairly warm. Did Just Walnut in the bedroom (north facing) and loved it.

Any suggestions please?

in North facing rooms I have Dulux Timeless, Polished Pebble, Gentle Fawn. In south facing there are Timeless, White Mist, Perfectly Taupe. i like it all except White Mist, it is neither grey or white and looks a bit dirty. Tried Just Walnut as well but did not like on either sides.
