We have some plans I can include although we've changed some bits.

The worksurfaces are now going to be Minerva in either grey crystal or ice crystal. The sink will still be Belfast but an Astracast brushed steel version. The floor will be Polyflor vinyl tiles in American Oak. The cupboard doors are a cream colour called Chalk (I've attached a photo of the chalk sample against the American oak floor sample.

Now my issue is the wall colour. It's a North facing room so is not particularly light. When we thought the work surfaces were going to be wood the whole room felt warm. But now we are having light work surfaces, light, cupboards, a wood effect floor and a stainless steel sink I'm worried if I don't get the wall colour right it could just look cold and stark.

I recently painted our east-facing kitchen Slaked Lime deep in intelligent Matt emulsion finish by Little Greene. It is a warm neutral.

F&B Wimborne White. It's a warm white, so will add both lightness and warmth to a North facing kitchen.
