Chimneybreast in kitchen

Im trying to plan new kitchen for small Victorian house which will be done before we move in. The room has windows at both short ends. One window will be made into a door to give access to outside. On long wall is a chimneybreast and I definitely don't want to open it up and put oven in there. But I can't put units in front so - just open shelves? Will attach plan. Need to crack this before I can place fridge/hob/sink - ideas for those? Thanks
