Anyone made roller blinds? What glue?

Hi,
I need to replace the fabric on my blinds as it's all falling apart. It's too expensive to buy new blinds as the Windows are huge and we are job hunting at the moment. I want to just replace the fabric but have no idea what adhesive to use. Also, can anyone advise about starching the fabric?

you can get special fabric stiffener spray from Amazon but I have had success with a normal starch solution (6-8 tablespoons cornflour in a bowl of water, submerge the fabric, dry flat till almost dry then iron till stiff) or use bought packet starch. 2m wide blinds are about £20 in ikea and you can cut them to size if you want another option.
