Hello seriously
Hoping someone can help ! How do u get cat shaped paw prints of white gloss paint off my brand new arm
Chair ?! Dab white spirit on?! ( yes I'm a big dick head I thought I'd locked him out! ) pleaseeee say there's something I can do

Yes - but it will only work if the paint hasn't dried.

Dabbing won't be enough. If this I'd upholstery fabric you need to whip it off and thoroughly soak it in white spirit to have any hope but I suspect it is ruined anyway.

I can't take the covers off it's not that kind of sofa. It's very very faded not thick at all ?! I only noticed it last night and it must of been theee all day yesterday.. what about scrubbing with boiling hot water and fairy liquid or white spirit ?

Don't use hot water with any mark or stain because it fixes it. Try rubbing lightly with white spirit on a cloth. It might work, but I have found it only works with wet paint. You might be lucky if it's really faint. If that doesn't work, contact someone who cleans carpets and upholstery. Don't do anything else until you have taken advice from a professional so don't add water or soap to the mix.
