I'm looking at the Tewkesbury kitchen range of Howdens kitchens and we are divided on the colour. All the family (hubby & three grown up kids) like the blue, I do really like it but questions; will it look dated? Does it look dated? Does anyone choose this colour? Will I get fed up with a colour?
I'm not sure, heart says blue, head says cashmere is more neutral.
I've got old pine at mo, not been changed for 20 years, so want to get it right but need some voices of reason! Thoughts pleeeeeease!!

Blue looks great and very sophisticated! Go on, put your mark on it and go for it:-) DIY Kitchens have some pics on their website of blue kitchens.

Hello - thought I'd message to say I have the Howdens Tewksbury kitchen & I love it! We got it in a stone colour so kind of beige/taupe. I really fancied getting stone for the main kitchen & the island units in the blue (Pinterest inspiration) but found the difference between the stone & blue wasn't noticeable enough to do this so settled on just the stone for everything.

I don't think you'd regret going for blue as the kitchen style is quite classic so blue I think would give it a country kitchen feel.

I think blue is the new grey as far as kitchen units go and it will date your kitchen in a few years. If it is a kitchen that can be painted that's fine because you can fairly easily change the colour.

Blue is very popular !!

We have it in the cream possibly cashmere? and have painted the walls in a similar blue (life.) looks lovely. easier to change walls than cupboards if you get get up. but saying that if it is the same range. ( ours is 7 years old) its painted oak anyway so wouldn't be that hard to paint over in the future.
