Interior design help please

We are not good at this!
All new furniture which I really like, new settee but I wish I'd chosen a darker leather.
We have no soft furnishings yet, I can't find anything that will soften it all, pull it together, perform a miracle....

Forgot the furniture.
Any ideas gratefully received. It was all chosen individually and I can't fix.
It all feels 'harsh' and I need to soften it.

Can you take a few pictures of the actual room rather than individual items so we can get a better feel how it all ties in.

Also if your on Facebook join a group called diy on a budget, and ask the question, some of the people on there are amazing at this sort of thing

I can tomorrow hopefully. It's still mid decoration, the wallpaper is already up in the dining room.
