industrial shade for kitchen diner

I'm after one that is quite wide in a grey colour.. the one I've got is ok shape wise..I just think it's too small...help please ..ive been googling so much and have not come up with anything ! Photo attached

Thank you both ..the current on in photo is only 20cm across. it definitely needs to be bigger or wider!
