Which paint to go with this wallpaper

I'm really struggling to decorate the hall and landing. I like the paper but can't find a paint to go with it that isn't ... Bland, bleurgh or beige!! The hall is quite light. We would go for neutral carpet on stairs and landing.

I've tried various dulux- eg Egyptian cotton, gentle fawn, natural hessian.
Should I go for more of a pink tone? Try and match on the flower instead of the back ground ??
It's taken be ages to find the paper !!!

I like this one www.crownpaints.co.uk/products/feature-wall/matt/chartreuse-mix/243

Hadn't thought of green. Do you think it will be light enough ? I think mustard would be too strong ( & we have shades of that in lounge)
I shall pick up some green testers.

Dulux just walnut would match it

Nymerialuna · 10/06/2017 19:30

Dulux do a colour app you can download. Is the paper already up? If not, pin a sample to the wall and then use the app and you can click on the walls and chose a colour and it virtually paints the room so you can see what it would look like.
A couple of other paint brands do it too but I ca't remember the brands right now!

Does it suggest colours that will work with the paper colour? I will try it. thanks
