Can I order a sofa that's only available online to the store and then collect it ?

I don't think you can do it from the website, no, but you may be able to do it if you order on the phone or in store.

Okay thankyou cause my flat is very confusing so I've stopped delivering stuff as I don't end up getting them or I have to collect them

They call you to arrange delivery so you can always give them instructions to get to your flat if that's the problem. If they can't find you they should be able to call you

I've never had a phone call from any of these delivery companies 🙄 they just email me telling me they giving my money back or it's at a pick up point so annoying

Ikea call you, not the delivery company.. It's their own drivers for large furniture, not hermes or whatever
