What colour towels for white/grey bathroom?

We're about to start on a much needed bath renovation. We'll be doing white tiles (with a slight textured pattern) on the walls and silvery grey flooring. It's a small bathroom so want to brighten it up. What colour would you suggest for towels, etc?

Also any suggestions for inexpensive but good quality towels? Thanks.

Another vote for orange! Burnt orange looks particularly good with grey

I'd blow the budget on Missoni towels. Amazing with a neutral bathroom.

You could also do them without going full rainbow-effect by using a few in the same palette, like these, maybe layered in with some pure white towels.

I'd go bright orange

Hot pink
purple
teal
lime green

or striped! Next have some lovely striped ones.

Hmm, lots of great suggestions so far. I love the idea of light blue or mustard/yellow. I've seen some beautiful purple shades or raspberry but dont think DP would be too impressed We have teal at the moment so be nice to have a change. Orange would also be a welcome change. Hmmmm.

Koala, those are stunning but unfortunately on a strict budget as only bought the house a few months ago and want to redo each room, plus we have a young baby and I only receive SMP.

I agree with yellow or pale blue as they are such gorgeously uplifting summer colours.. I also think you should change them when autumn/winter comes round, maybe to orange or red? Love seasonal décor changes!

I hear you, I can't afford them either, sadly! Freedom (Australian chain) used to do great knock-offs at a much better price - wish I'd snapped them up.
