Charity shops, they usually have some really pretty bone China sets I have a couple of lovely sets, one with a sugar bowl/creamer.
Always worth a browse, sometimes they clearly haven't even been used.

Have a look at Etsy for vintage cups and saucers. Put 'mismatched china' in the search box and you can waste spend an hour looking at the beautiful cups and saucers.

auction houses too...loads of fancy china, whole dinnersets sometimes. It's so sad to think they have been saved for best and are reduced to clattering round some auction house in a cardboard box.
