How do I dress this window?

How do I dress this window? It tilts at the top into the room, and swings right open into the room.
Its so near the ceiling there's no room for a curtain track to go along the top. We could probably manage a wire like for net curtains but would that look stupid?
I'm so bad at visualising and making decisions.
The window is high up so there are no privacy issues, it's just to make it less bare looking, it's in a bathroom.

My mum has a window similar to that with a Roman blind that never shuts. My dad attached it to the ceiling as there was no room above the window. The blind looks normal from the front but sticks out maybe 1cm from the wall down the side but it's not something you would notice unless looking for it.

It's looks so small I'm not sure I would do anything.

I'd just leave it tbh, maybe a vase on the sill

Could you use something like a portiere rod? Attach it to the wall top left and it swings out when the window's open. like this?
