Curtain sizing, is the drop first or the width

I need to buy curtains for my flat but I'm confused about sizing.
So is the drop the first size or the width is?

On the Dunelm website is is width first, then drop.

Don''t forget you need to allow double the width of each curtain - to allow it to fold.
