Get laid beds - quality?

Has anyone bout a bed from get laid beds?

I see that their slats are solid and unsprung which is currently putting me off.

Has anyone found them to be comfortable despite the lack of sprung slats?

We have the Chelsea bed, got it last month. TBH we still have old mattress and previously had a bed with straight slats so not much difference. We tried out their mattresses in the showroom and they were fantastic, saving up for one. You could always order some sprung slats extra if important to you?

We have one, very good quality.

I've had one for many years now and can't fault it. The slats are screwed down and far better than cheap thin sprung slats. They're guaranteed so I wouldn't worry! More info on the slats found here if dubious - www.getlaidbeds.co.uk/slat-information

I’ve had a bed from them for four years now. Been very happy with the quality.

We’ve been looking at these online and they look great BUT online reviews suggest lots of hassles with delivery, and the replies from the company are quite snippy and defensive, which puts me off. Has anyone had a positive experience lately with ordering from this company?
