West Elm - do they ever have discount codes

I've just discovered West Elm, and would love to make an order, it's quite expensive though! I have a 10% off my first order code - is it likely that I can get a better discount if I wait? Does anyone know if they send out discount codes to people on their mailing list? Thanks!

Hi, I'm on their mailing list and haven't had much better than that. I think once i made my first order though they sent me a code with a bigger discount, so if you can split the order, try that.

Just so that you know, they ship everything in internationally and you are placed on a list for items as they are available to ship. We waited months for our sofa, (7 weeks longer than they said it would be) and ended up cancelling our remaining order as they delayed that from the original 8 week wait also. We got the sofa in the end, and ordered further West Elm pieces from John Lewis who delivered the exact same item within 48 hrs . Having said that, i love the style and quality of the furniture - just don't hold your breath on delivery!

Thanks for the helpful reply. Maybe I should consider ordering from John Lewis then - the dispatch date on the furniture I'm looking at is already May, I wouldn't want to wait even longer than that!

They usually send out 15% ones if you register for emails. I got one yesterday.
