We have a hole in our chimney breast that gives access to hidden TV wires etc, the actual chimney is blocked up.
It is usually covered by a wall mounted fireplace which I don't like. Any ideas what I can replace this with? We don't use the fireplace and it doesn't match everything else. I thought of a different style fireplace or maybe a canvas picture etc but not sure if that would stop a draught? Also something that doesn't stick out very far as limited room
