Corner TV unit that isn't vile

Looking for a compact (100cm wide ish) corner TV unit, good quality and doesn't look vile - does this rare beast even exist?

Any ideas anyone?

It really depends on what style you like (some may think shabby chic is vile, for example), and how much you want to spend. Plus, how tall can it be?

You're right FairyAnn, "not vile" is pretty meaningless!

I just want something good quality, preferably solid wood. It can be low or tall.

I quite like this from Laura Ashley but it seems overpriced (might pick one up in the sales though?)

I really like this Ercol one but it's not a corner unit. Could just get it and angle it across the corner though.

Have looked at Habitat, John Lewis, Laura Ashley, Made. If anyone can suggest any other places to look that'd be great

Have you looked at the corona/mexican pine style stuff? It's not to everyone's taste but it's cheap! It's sold in various places, including Amazon and eBay. I have a couple of pieces but didn't put the black 'stoppers' in and it's easy enough to change the handles.

We've got the Corona one mentioned above. Didn't put the stoppers in either, we like it and there's plenty of room for stuff in the cupboard but.

I've got the corona one too.. bought cheap but it's really held up well just recently painted it and it covered well too

Don't shoot me but have you looked at Argos?! We have a wooden one from there. or Oakland furniture.
