I've ordered one from Ebay which I received today but I'm not sure if there's a bit missing or not. I've seen various photos and videos of this lampshade and they always seem to have a clear plastic cone to fit around the bulb - I'm assuming to stop the heat warming the paper and causing a fire hazard.
I've emailed the seller but just wondered---has anyone bought one of these direct from Ikea, or anywhere I suppose, and did it have the clear plastic with it?
I don't mind buying it separately and have been onto the Ikea website to search for it but nothing comes up so I wonder do they include it with their lampshade if you buy it direct? The package was fully sealed when I received it so would have thought it would be in there if that's the case???
