I've recently moved gotten a new house and lifted the kitchen vinyl flooring and the floor boards underneath smell like dog wee as if it's seeped through the vinyl, does anyone know how to clean the floor boards to get the smell out?? TIA

Are you leaving them exposed? Sanding would be the answer.
