I've fallen in love with this wallpaper for my dining room but I'm concerned that it's too childish or 'out there'. What do you think?

Love it. I would see it more as downstairs loo or study though.

Depends on your dining room. Would you put it on all walls?

Floggingmolly · 06/11/2016 20:11

I love that! My taste isn't the most conventional though...

thegoodnameshadgone · 06/11/2016 20:12

Love it. With some nice black and white animal sketches in nice frames

pinkpantsrock · 06/11/2016 20:12

depends on what furniture/rest of the decoration is like. I personally don't like it, but if was matched with furniture ect....then if i sow it in someone else's house i wouldn't think it was childish or 'out there'

cerealnamechangers · 06/11/2016 20:12

I was thinking just the one wall as a feature wall as I have a fireplace in the dining room too.

oh I like it! I don't think it's too childish. Would you just do a section or the whole thing?

fluffypigs · 06/11/2016 20:14

sorry, cross post - for one wall, i'd definitely go for it

cerealnamechangers · 06/11/2016 20:19

Thanks! I think I'm going for it, fingers crossed I can pull it off.

We have plans to buy that for our downstairs loo. Please post pics when your dining room is done.

I like it.
The detail of each drawing stops it from being childish, and far from being modern, I see it as quite retro and would go brilliantly in an older house.

Bluntness100 · 07/11/2016 07:30

I don't see it as childish either, because it's dark, if it was bright Colors it would be different, where as not quite my style, I do think it will be lovely up.

DearMrDilkington · 07/11/2016 07:35

I love it! Not childish at all.

DoYouRememberJustinBobby · 07/11/2016 07:37

I like it BUT I hate feature walls.

PurpleDaisies · 07/11/2016 07:44

We are having this in our bedroom...
I thought yours was the same until I saw the price. It's probably obvious I like it!
