Can I use this paper in a downstairs loo?

Have a spare roll of this wallpaper left over from decorating DS's room. It is shortly due to be replaced as it is the 'nursery', we're having a girl and DS is moving into a 'big boy' room.

I love the paper, it was expensive and is just lovely up close (the boats are made of French newspaper/book print). Is it childlike for an under stairs loo? Had been thinking of a bold paper anyway, it's a small room obvs and not allowed to be 'wacky' anywhere else in the house!

Love it!

Sure why not. I think you could get away with it.

I've seen loads of nautical themed loos, so I think that's fine.

Lovely wallpaper.

Yep lovely. You can always have a bit of fun with a ds loo. Dh has to go to a lot of houses and has seen some great ones. Monopoly, maps, maps with destinations marked with a date and photo of when visited, newspaper articles is another one

Yes! Very nice.

Love it, think it will look just fine in context.

From the title I thought this thread was going to reveal some MN weirdness about only using peach loo roll in downstairs loos or something

Curls me too!
