Staining pine floor

I'm looking to stain a pine floor but can't fine a stain in the right colour.

I recently had my pine floor sanded and stained with an oil-based stain, but afterwards it still had a lot of the orangy pine colour showing through the stain, which I don't like.

I'd like to stain the floor a very dark brown colour to match some Ikea furniture which is in their standard brown/black colour, but I don't really want to get the floor sanded again to remove the old stain.

Can anyone recommend a very dark brown stain I could apply directly to the floor? I want to stain the floor rather than paint it so I can still see the character of the wood.

Thanks.

Hi I used Mann's pine floor stain on mine. 2 coats followed by 3 coats of Fiddes hard wax oil. I don't think you would be able to apply it without removing the previous oil though. It does come in a lot of shades and you can get sample bottles. I applied by hand with a sponge then brushed the oil on.
