For the past 15 years my bedroom has been an overdose of cream - not really out of choice just more what I've ended up with becasue it's always other rooms that have priority.

anyhow - as the song says "It's myyyyyyy turn"

I love this but have no idea what would go with it walls and curtain - wise

Whaddya think? Smile

I love it!!! My mum has one from blubellgray and it has washed really well, i cant afford but if i could i would go for it 😊

Maybe keep cream walls then add nice bright curtains?

I have forbidden even the mention of cream in the decorating of this room!

That's beautiful!

My first choice would also be cream with bright plain curtains but I see that's off the table, how about a very pale lilac colour?

PotOfYoghurt · 19/08/2016 13:25

I like the colour they have with it.

Oh i love it!

I'd go for a very pale hue of one of the colours, so perhaps a pale green or a greyish lilac, and get accessories in the darker hue, e.g. a lime green or jewel purple for lamps, curtains, rugs.

ohido - I think you may have it!!

I think you could do walls in teal, lime green or lilac.

I keep on going back to that link. We may have matching bedrooms soon. Grin

ohido

I'm going to order an extra pillowcase, get some plain fabrics and do this :-)

Think about what would be the easiest thing to change if you changed your mind (ie the wall colour), and what would be the most expensive (ie curtains). So pick a brave bold wall colour which would be relatively cheap and easy to change when you decide you hate it (!), and go with neutral but maybe textured curtains that would fit with any future colour changes....
