I spent £13 today in the M&S sale to bring some colour and interest to my kitchen. Hubby is a bit Hmm but never mind him as I'm the one who often makes tea (for myself ). So before are my boring grey tea/coffee/sugar canisters. Goodbye grey! And hello colour! Plus posho biscuit jar (£7 down from £20!).

If you have any small cheap updates please show!

Very pretty.
I have finally put up some curtains in my spare room, which has taken an age, has cheered me up.

AndYourBirdCanSing · 19/07/2016 22:59

Ooh yes, I like those!

A lovely change. It's funny how little changes can cheer you up.

I agree with your hubby ;-)

PinkSquash · 22/07/2016 21:18

I bought these and the biscuit tin, they're lovely!

Owlcat · 22/07/2016 21:42

I love the design but don't buy the matching placemats and coasters like I did, if you get any liquid at all on them, the top paper printed layer peels off!

CookieDoughKid · 22/07/2016 22:17

Thanks Owlcat for the tip. I just bought these placemats for £3.99 from Aldi . Bargain and so VERY cute!! Wipe clean and heat resistant to 60degrees! They are not so 'pink' in real life. The website do not do them justice!
