Looking to buy a table that can extend to seat 10-12 for our new house. I like this one from John Lewis

but it's not large enough. Have also seen this

and have looked at other products online ( oak furniture land etc) which are much cheaper than JL.
Table needs to be hard wearing for spills and scratches, easily extendible and chairs comfy!
Has anyone got the perfect table and where can I buy it?
