Valspar glitter sachets.... Stir in the paint, come in gold or silver

£6 each.... Fab!

Saw this in the valspar range but I just would be concerned how to get it off when bored with it - bet there would be glitter there for decades!

Just paint over it.... It's very very fine glitter, bit like the traditional stuff used in crafts

Jinglebellsarenearlyhere · 15/06/2016 08:15

It's not very good. I was doing pink paint and gold glitter in the down stairs loo and you can hardly see the glitter. Maybe we didn't use enough.

It is very hard to get a even spread with glitter paint.

Have you thought about glitter wallpaper? Dd has it in her room.

My friend used normal emulsion then sprayed it with glitter spray before it dried, she said it was much easier to get the glitter evenly spread and she could control how much sparkle she got - as Jinglebells said, my friend found mixing stuff through the paint meant it didn't show up as much as she'd hoped.
Her wall looks amazing Smile
