Is ikea malm still a tipping hazard if there are no kids involved?

Ds (past the age of climbing up furniture!) has some Malm furniture, including the 6 drawer (4+2) chest of drawers, and no, it has never even wobbled, let alone tipped over

Must partly depend how you pack it as well - for example don't keep 2 pairs of silk knickers in the bottom and then use the top one as the general junk drawer full of random paperwork and coins.
