We are about to embark on a big schedule of work.
The house has never been modernised properly. I know the investor buyer we bought off did the bare min and i suspect didnt paint with a watery paint to seal plaster. This shoes is "wet" corners of the bathroom where paint easily chips and flakes revealing bare plaster.
My question is how do we remove the few layers of paint and do we need to bother with areas where it seems to be ok? Tia
