Pure Brilliant White or pale grey for bedroom?

Basically it's a horrible drab beige and red and I want to completely brighten it as it was my sick pit over the winter months (had pneumonia during last trimester of pregnancy) and being in there as it is depresses me.

Would PBW be too garish? The room gets a lot of sun during the afternoon (not sure if that makes it south facing?) Any recommendations welcome.

In our bedroom we have PBW walls with velvet pale blue curtains & a huge painting which is in blue tones. I have white or blue bed linen. Our room has dual aspect windows and is lovely and bright but also quite calming. It's lovely and fresh and looks gorgeous in the sun.

I love grey walls and bright white linen but you need to add some pretty curtains. i have grey faded floral ones.

Glad you are over your sickness. Fresh lillies in a base would look gorgeous.

Pale blue and white is my favourite colour combination for a bedroom. Although I like most shades of blue to be honest.

I think it would look lovely in a very bright room.
