Living room ideas inspire me please

Hi I'm soon going to be redecorating my living room and was after some inspiration. It's currently cream with a brick wallpaper feature wall where the fire is. I have a burnt orange rug and a brown leather settee. Opposite the fire wall I have a bay window. I'm sick of the colour cream. Any ideas please.

I'm bumping cuts there's two of us. New house, cream walls(took down "feature" wallpaper wall)... Beige/neutral sofa that needs to stay for now.. But now what? I feel like maybe anything goes.. But feel stuck.

I'm not very opinionated on interior design or anything, however i recently redecorated my b&b with my husband & we used Hilden's style guide for ideas & trends.
It's pretty handy especially the interviews with professional interior designers

Hi I've just spotted this so I thought I'd let you know I've redecorated the room and I went with crown midnight navy on the fireplace wall and dulux just walnut on the other walls.
