what wall colour/floor for this kitchen?

Council place so don't want to remove doors/work tops. But will be here long term.

What colour walls would you go for?
Was just going to get a lino of some sort for floor. What colour would you go for?

We've got am American style fridge freezer in silver which is quite big and dark.

Previous kitchen was pale grey on walls and then a darker grey slate/tile effect flooring but work tops were dark grey granite. This worktop is different and I don't know what to do!

Thanks pedro. Do you think dark grey for both floor and walls?

White for the walls, would break it up a bit. Whites surprisingly easy to maintain too although if you could get a white kitchen paint so you can wipe.

What colour floor would you go with if I did white walls?
Tiles are white so I'd think a darker colour on floor if walls and tiles were white?

I'd go for a dark slate grey floor and then a pale duck egg blue for the walls.

Or a soft sage green on the walls, which would pick up the greeny fleck in the counter.
