Colours for this living room

Can anyone help with colours for this room? I like dark grey and turquoise but it doesn't get much light.

Would like to have this this turquoise and Off black or Down pipe on the fireplace side (shelves eventually will be painted same colour). Otherwise would do a pale grey/white on the other walls and dark grey or turquoise on the fireplace wall.

That would work if you got rid of the curtains. Can you put in along curtain pole so the curtains can be pull right back?

The curtains will definitely go. I have a pair in a turquoise and Ivory ikat print I can use instead.
