We have a long bedroom which we're currently doing up. Magnolia walls.
There are windows either end of the room and two (bare) light bulbs spaced sort of evenly but it still feels quite a dark space. Admittedly it was gloomy yesterday and there are dust sheets and crap everywhere but I'm wondering if anyone can suggest good lightshades that would maximise the light, for example the large white paper ones from Ikea etc, would these work? Or would an open light shade be better?
