paint or renew?

We are currently updating our inherited 1980's throwback decorated house!
We have had the kitchen and utility replastered, just up to paiting them
Could I paint these cupboards or just replace them?

Reminds me of the kitchen in my first house. It may be dated, but it looks to be in very good nick.

If you like the layout, what about replacing the doors and drawer fronts?

Some friends painted their very similar kitchen and gave it a new lease of life. Hard work though - they spray painted the wooden handle trim and rollered all the door fronts.

You thought about fablon? Comes in various colours and wooden designs.
