Best paint or surface for wall near dishwasher / bin?

I've got painted wooden panelling on the wall near my dishwasher and kitchen bin. It's constantly dirty from splashes. What would be the best paint to use here? Or can anyone suggest a better wall covering?

You want eggshell - a bit shiny, wipes clean, perfect for interior woodwork.

I can't think of anything better unless tiles would work?

Satinwood - you can get water based so it is quick drying and doesn't have the strong smell you get with solvent based paints.

I'd avoid satinwood - it's not easy to wipe and looks shabby very quickly.

Eggshell would work well.

I'll give eggshell a go. I think it might already be painted in satinwood (which I had forgotten). Thanks.
