I want to make a very large blackboard for the DC's to chalk on and attach it to the back of the kitchen island.
I am getting a large piece of MDF but ideally I want an ornate frame to put around it. Nothing expensive, I have been trying to look on Ebay for some offcuts of wood or similar but only finding small photo or mirrors.
My other option is just to go to Homebase etc and buy a picture rail but I wanted something to make it look like a large picture frame.
Any suggestions where or what to search please appreciated.
