We have moved into a new house and one of the rooms has been painted with paint mixed with sand to give it a rough texture. 
My dad came round and suggested all the walls would need to be replastered, Dh seems to think we could use some kind of special paint that smooths out walls. Has anyone had a similar experience if so what did you do? The walls currently resemble a beach!
