We are about to buy three sofas from sofa.com and I was just wondering if anyone has been successful in negotiating a discount on the telephone with them?

I got £100 off when I bought two. I was politely refused any more

Mine was in store though (Bath) and 'phone conversation might be more successful.

They may offer more if you are a cash buyer. I imagine giving a bigger discount affects the sales person's commission.

I will deffo have to do by phone as we have already made the trip to Chelsea and going again would be too annoying. (Although I did enjoy the free refreshments). Every cloud.
