How much can a new small/medium-size kitchen cost?

We have been looking at one property which needs to be renovated but we will not go for it if the renovations will cost us a fortune unless the seller drops the price. The kitchen is this size: 3.78m x 3.28m
We will be fine with Ikea.

I have found some info on the Ikea website. At least I can now imagine how much it can cost and I guess I also have to add the installation by the workmen.
