Love 100% cotton bedding but hate the creases

Any alternative apart from ironing the darned things? I don't want 50/50 polyester cotton. Can you get bedding with just a little polyester in to make it non iron?

I agree - Life's too short to iron - but there's always someone about who loves ironing - look in local adverts - ask about - maybe you can swap skills ! Smile

Dry on the washing line?
My new sheets are still a bit creasy as the dressing is now washed out of etc, but the old ones dry fine.
Try supima cotton (extra long staple) they dry rely smooth.

Yep. I didn't realise this and spent so much on new sets for me and kids I can't think about replacing again. I now iron pillowcases. Sigh. My mam said it gets better in time.

I think brushed cotton/flannelette doesn't behave in the same way.

Hang out to line dry when still a bit damp. Fold crisply as soon as you take them off the line, smoothing each layer as you fold. Store in hot press or airing cupboard. And iron the pillowcases.
