Our kitchen diner is north facing, with off- white gloss units, mid coloured wood worktops and splashbacks. It's desperately in need of a revamp colour wise. Blinds are red, orange and yellow coloured stripes. Nicer than they sound! These are quite new so I need to keep them. Any thoughts on what colour I could use for the walls? It's off white at the moment and so cold and drab looking. I thought of using a yellowish colour , but am worried it will look too garish. The dining table and other furniture is ok, and floor is chocolate brown amtico. Thanks for any ideas. The painter is coming in a fortnight.......
