Sofa.com Bluebell advice!

I've been looking at the Bluebell sofa for a while along with the multiyork verona but I'm edging towards sofa.com. Now I can't decide what fabric swatches to order. Would appreciate lots of Bluebell photo spam and recommendations of fabrics, especially those suitable for 7 month old baby and dogs!

Also does anyone know if sofa.com have sales? Can't decide whether to wait until January...

I have the bluebell love seat and 3 seater in stone linen, I love them. The linen is hard wearing as far as I can tell (I have had mine for a year). If you go for a light colour you have the option of scotch guarding it when you order which is helpful and guaranteed. I don't have children but do have a dog and mud wipes off easily! Sofa.com don't have sales so I wouldn't wait to order if you want one.

Brilliant thanks! Was also thinking of getting a love seat. Do you find it comfortable? I wasn't sure if the low arms might make it a less comfy armchair?

Not sure if I would dare risk stone although it's a gorgeous colour. Our two golden retrievers are mud magnets!

Really pleased sofa.com don't have sales because I'd have felt obliged to wait ??

Yes super comfy and lots of room for two, I have a pair of matching house scatter cushions (50 X 50 cm) on mine which are feather filled and make it super cosy.

If you live near Bristol or London would definitely recommend a visit to their showroom, they are really helpful and have huge swatches of every fabric which really helped with choosing a colour. You also have a choice of feet too, if you need to match to wood furniture or floor. I would definitely buy again from them.

Yy to the bluebell we have the 2 & 3 seater in stone plus the large & small scatter cushions in cream/sage green, would also second going to the showroom if at all possible, we went to the lots road one in Chelsea.
Very helpful staff plus you can drape the different fabrics/colours over the sofas, to your hearts content they also provide coffee & biscuits.

I would love to go to the showroom but the nearest one is a three and a half hour train journey away so we're going to have to take a gamble. I have just ordered a load of fabric swatches (including stone based on your comments) so I'm looking forward to them coming!

We have the pale grey recycled wool herringbone and love it- with the fabric protection. Have two kids and a cat and it looks unmarked after 9 months and we are very happy with it- have the chaise version- excellent for slouching with or without company!

We have it in moss green brushed linen cotton. Very comfy and the people in the shop said brushed linen cotton is best for dogs.

Sorry, lighting is rubbish in the picks. It is very slightly darker than it looks (although still not the actual colour of moss imo) and the white dapple bits are just light coming through the curtains!

Not the Bluebell but we have the Saturday in Loch, it's gorgeous. I went to the showroom and lounged about and they were all comfy.
Plus, if you don't like it on delivery they guarantee to take it back FOC.
