Can karndean flooring be painted?

What room and why do you want to paint it? You can paint anything really and providing it had the right prep and paint used would be okay. For a while.

It would probably be better to take the Karndean up.

Want it to be grey and can't afford to replace it. It's in great condition still

What colour is it now and why do you want it to be grey? Is it to fit a particular colour scheme? I think grey has kind of had its fashion moment. Providing the Karndean is neutral enough, it's expensive stuff and I wouldn't ruin it by painting it.

It's just a beech wood kind of colour. Yeh you're right. Was just thinking out loud
