Spare room inspiration please

Hello,
Woodwork (skirting/doors/lift hatch etc) will be Dulux timeless, walls Almond White. What colour carpet to create a warm scheme? Or any other ideas/ links? Thanks

Would red be a sensible suggestion? We have almond white in our dining room - the floor is wood, but we have gone for one red wall and it works really well. It's a serious blood red, not a wishy washy one!

Thanks, I was thinking of a red, but wasn't sure as the room is quite small and not much natural light. Would red make it seem smaller? Don't want a boring beige carpet though.

I'm not sure whether red would make it feel smaller on the floor. It does on the wall, but we did other things to bring the light in and the net effect is better than before!

Do Dulux still do that thing on their website where you can colour in the parts of the room and see what it looks like? I don't know whether it includes floors, though...

Golden? Not yellow not cream but proper golden.
