Dulux polished pebble

Anyone used this for a whole room? Just got a sample pot and think it works better in our living room than Little Greene French grey, but wondered how dark it was?

I was going to have polished pebble for my hallway. It's not dark at all, very light. It is has a slightly blue under tone which is why I went for pebble shore in the end which is v similar but warmer.

If you are wanting a very pale grey thimble case by dulux is one shade lighter than both polished pebble and pebble shore.

It's not dark, but it's not a browny-grey, more of a bluey-grey.

I've just done my bedroom in it. It's bluer than I expected but lovely, a soft colour.

Little Greene French grey is loads darker and is not really a grey/blue more a grey/green colour.

I have it in ds room and love it , it's a soft light grey .

After trying every grey paint known to man we settled on polished pebble for our living room. I love it, it was much nicer than the FAB and little green samples we tried, the most true grey of all of them.

Used it in DS bedroom; it's as described above and a lovely fresh clean colour but not warm at all.

It looked almost light blue in my south facing hall. But may look greyer in a different light.

Valspar Whisper Softly is a pale grey grey after extensive testing of other colours that turned out to have blue or lilac undertones!
Maybe paint your focus wall first and decide after whether you do full room?

Thank you everyone, very useful comments. I love the colour but having looked at the samples I've painted on two walls of the room have reached the conclusion some of you mentioned, that it does have blue undertones and I actually need a light grey with green or brown undertones to tone with the curtains. Any other suggestions? Monica, LG French Grey looks more blue-grey in my light than green-grey.

I have it on the main walls through most of the house. It's a very light, soft grey but I don't get any blue undertones with it, it's more of a very light silver grey.
It's very fresh and calming, looks clean and modern but, naturally with such a light colour, if you get it in matt every single mark shows incredibly well. Especially foot prints from sweaty teenage socks!!!!

Dulux's Dusted Cappuccino is in my south facing sitting room and is grey/brown. It is darker than polished pebble though.

I think Dulux's Pebble Shore is a warmer light grey with green undertone.

We've done some walls in Dulux Polished Pebble but found it very light, it's almost an off-white. It's a nice clean colour with a blue hint. But we changed to Goose Down in the kitchen which is a tad darker (not as dark as Chic Shadow though). Goose Down has got lots of compliments, it's a silver grey, looks lovely in the kitchen with brilliant white on the ceiling.

I found it too silvery so went for dusted moss instead.

Oh please someone help! I just put polished pebble tester in my hallway (dark space) and it's SO dark! Tried white cotton and that's too white. Is there anything paler than polished pebble? Something must be wrong with my eyes that everyone says it's a pale grey and I see a dark gun metal grey.

Egyptian cotton?

Tried that but it looks very brown in my house.

I've got it in my lounge and it's bluer than I wanted. The rest of my house is Egyptian Cotton (best colour ever) and I felt I should have a change. Should have stuck with the EC.
