Hi, my kettle has died and I need help with its replacement.
I'm not mad about the look of electrical kettles but I do see the practicality: time!
I'm after a good looking kettle that's going to be efficient and long lasting. I like the look of Le Creuset stainless steal cone kettle but I worry that it'll take ages to boil.
I also had a look at Dualit architect kettle - not as pretty as the Le Creuset one but prettier than most electrical kettles and its matching toaster isn't bad either. My 4 slice Morphy Richards has been a 2 slice only toaster for ages and it's looking pretty shabby now so I'm looking at replacing it too. Dualit stuff is quite pricey but good quality I heard.
What do you think about both? Have you got first hand experiences?
