How would you decorate a room with these sofas?

(Without those cushions) Colour looks navy here but when I sit on them in jeans, they look more of a greeny shade - like a dark teal.
Beech floor and furniture.
Room is quite small.
I was going to wall paper a wall in some sort of pattern incorporating the dark colour but mainly lighter blues/teals. But I'm wondering if just a pale colour all over the walls would be best to make room look bigger and then adding some darker coloured decorations to bring the sofas in. Cushions incorporating it all together? Maybe some artwork?
Any thoughts?

What way does the room face? I think if it was North facing I would be tempted to embrace darker colours and go for making it dramatic. That would probably work less well in a brighter room though.

For budget artwork I've had some limited edition prints from galleries/museums that have cost relatively little but are really nice to own. I buy unframed and order bespoke frames online so that I can have exactly the mount and frame I want. No idea what you're after but Lino cut prints often have very strong colours if you want something to tone.

Op can you post a pic of the room ? It matters what fright the ceiling is, what's out of the window, what colour your ceiling is, if you have plasterwork etc, really. But my first response is a no to wallpaper if you want to make the room look bigger.

You could go for white or very pale grey with yellow/mustard accents. It would be light and airy - a bit of a Scandi feel to it.

The colours on this ikea cushion look like they could tone and clash nicely.

Suggestion of the day for Lino cuts for Zinxie - James Green. I just bought a 100 print edition of his for £22, mounted and framed from frames.co.uk for under £20. I'm very pleased with it - it's currently propped up in my room and I'm enjoying it so much I'm reluctant to hang it downstairs.

For a ScandI look without spending very much at all look at h and m home. Usual frustrations re their clothing delivery timescales do apply. I have stacks of their velvet cushions mixed in with more expensive cushions and they are fab, not noticeably cheap. They currently have a lot of lovely coppery stuff, including a little round mirror hanging on a chain (£12.99!) and various frames, pots and vases which could work. I'd love a lamp with a copper base but don't want an industrial looking one - currently musing on a John Lewis tabitha one.

On Rockett St George they have some beautiful dyed sheepskin rugs for £55. This is admittedly more than one would cost from Ikea but the slate blue one is gorgeous if it would go. It looks like it would on the photo but obviously allow for real life!

Love that Seed head fabric from JL Lucked. Curtains in that would look great with the sofas.

Mustard teal and cream

I would go with your idea in original post. Have the sofa as the main coloured item in the room. Warm cream walls. soft fluffy cushions, cream rug, Teal and cream curtains . Add more colour in the same colour as the sofa in candles, vases, pictures etc. So you end up with a warm room that is tactile as well with the soft furnishings.
