What colour will it look?

Is it a bit 'meh'?

The rest of our house is fairly colourful, we have a lovely mid blue in the hall. I want something a bit more restful in the bedroom that won't look to cold or dull as it doesn't get direct light in the day.

Our furniture and bed is dark oak too.

It is worth reading this: moderncountrystyle.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/colour-study-farrow-and-ball-elephants.html?m=1

I'm still dithering about it for our southerly bedroom.

Elephants Breath is lovely. It's quite a warm colour. It's not meh at all. Elegant and warm.

It's got almost a pinky undertone in a north-facing room. It's lovely.

Everyone has it though.... I work in paint and colour match this for customers at least 3-4 times a week

out of interest, what is the closest Dulux colour match?

Our decorator is brilliant but he hates Farrow and Ball!

I don't mind everyone having it - it's in the bedroom so noone else will see Wink

I think Dulux's Dusted Cappucinno is close.
